The recycled hardwood 130 to 150 mm wide flooring we salvage is generally Tasmanian Oak from 3 similar eucalyptus species – Mountain Ash, Alpine Ash and Messmate.
It’s a premium hardwood with colours ranging from straw to reddish browns, is hard wearing and accepts stains & finishes. With a density & character unmatched by new re-growth timbers.
N.B. Recycled flooring commonly has a 1 mm variation either side of the specified board width. If you wish to match an existing floor please bring a sample.
